Do members have to reveal a phone number?
A phone number is not required to chat in COUNTER. Use your account and search by name or site name. Members can click another user to visit their website; any phone number or contact details that person chose to publish are accessible to them too, and they can contact that person or message them in COUNTER. Group messages themselves are visible only to joined members.
Can I automatically transfer a WhatsApp group?
No. Create a COUNTER group and share an invitation link. Each member signs in and joins individually. WhatsApp conversations, groups and contacts are not imported automatically.
