From signup to a live boutique site connected to the Vanilla Scoops community — in two minutes, with zero technical skills.
What you are actually building
Vanilla Market is not a digital business card. It is a boutique site — one address that holds your identity, your products or services, your contact channels, and a live connection to a community of other business owners (Vanilla Scoops). English or Hebrew, from your phone, no developer and no plugins.
Step 1 — Sign up
Open the signup page, pick an email and password (or continue with Google), and accept the terms. That starts your 14-day trial of Vanilla PRO+ — every capability unlocked, so nothing blocks you mid-build.
Step 2 — Business identity (30 seconds)
In the dashboard, under the Profile tab, fill in the basics:
- Business name and profile image (logo or your own photo) - Field of work and a short description — what you do and for whom - Flavor (category) — this is what places you in the business index and category pages - City and country — the foundation for local search - Currency — set once, applied to every price on your site
Every completed field turns green. Once the dots are green, your card is ready to appear in the community.
Step 3 — WhatsApp: your lead pipe
Enter a valid WhatsApp number. From that moment every contact form, booking request or product enquiry goes straight to your WhatsApp — no lead is stored in any database. Without a valid number the contact buttons stay hidden, so no customer is left waiting.
Step 4 — Content: products, services or gallery
In the Showcase tab add what fits you:
- Products — image, name, price, variants (size, colour) and stock - Services — description, duration, price and bookings based on your working hours - Gallery — for photographers, designers and anyone whose work sells on sight
You do not need to fill everything. Three real products with a good photo beat twenty empty rows.
Step 5 — Design in Focus Mode
In the page builder switch to Focus Mode (full screen) and assemble the page from sections: hero, about, products, testimonials, FAQ, links. Every section loads with starter copy and an image — just replace them with yours. Drag to reorder and see the result instantly.
Step 6 — Publish and join the community
Hit Publish. You get a permanent address, a sitemap that updates itself, and share tags (image, title, description) for WhatsApp and social. From here:
- Your card appears in the business index and on your flavor page - You can post updates to Vanilla Scoops and get responses from other owners - You can list a product or service in the trade arena
What to do on day one
1. Send the link to 10 existing customers and ask for an honest review 2. Post one community update — who you are and what is new 3. Add the link to your Instagram bio and WhatsApp signature
That is it. Everything else — blog, sub-pages, AI tokens, campaigns, affiliates — waits in your dashboard until you are ready.
