How to post a Showcase listing, what it costs, how long it lasts and where inquiries go.
What the Showcase is
The Showcase (/scoops/showcase) is the community listings board.
Listing types
- Product - Service - Discount coupon — the sale price must be lower than the regular price and is shown as a percentage off. - Wanted — you are looking for something.
Every type except Wanted needs a category from the site's category list. Listings also appear on the matching category page.
Price and validity
- Posting a listing: 2✦. - Image: manual upload at no cost, or AI-generated for another 2✦. - Validity: 30 days. Expired listings are not deleted automatically — click "Republish" (2✦) or delete. - Up to 20 active listings at a time.
Inquiries
Inquiries go straight to your WhatsApp. The system does not store them.
Step by step
1. Open the Showcase — Go to /scoops/showcase and start a new listing. 2. Pick type and category — Choose product, service, coupon or wanted, and a category. 3. Details and image — Fill in name, description and price, then upload or AI-generate an image. 4. Publish — Confirm posting for 2✦. The listing is live for 30 days.
FAQ
Why did my listing disappear?
30 days have passed. "Republish" brings it back for another 30 days (2✦).
Where do I see inquiries?
In your WhatsApp. The system does not store inquiries.
How many listings can I post?
Up to 20 active listings at a time.
Is a category required?
Yes, for every type except Wanted.
