How to create a free digital invitation, what guests see, how to manage the guest list and when everything is deleted.
Creating an invitation
- Use the "Event invitation" card in the setup wizard, or the pages area in your dashboard. - The invitation is separate from your site: it does not change it and does not appear in Scoops or the Showcase. - Creating an invitation is free.
Editing the invitation
- A small opening line, a main title (the hosts' names or the event), a subtitle and free text. - Date and time. The countdown is created automatically from the date. - Venue name, address with a Waze button, and schedule. - Cover photo — saved only when you click "Save". - Four designs: Elegant gold, Flowers, Minimal white, Night and stars. - Invitation language: Hebrew or English. Guests see the invitation in the language you chose. - WhatsApp number (optional). Without a number the button is hidden from guests. - On mobile: three tabs — Manage, Edit and Preview.
What guests see and do
- The invitation link opens one continuous page: event details followed by the RSVP form. - The form: name, phone, attending / not attending, number of guests (hidden when "not attending" is chosen) and a greeting. - A short sentence tells guests what is stored and why. - Guests do not sign up, and cannot see other guests, other invitations or your account.
Managing guests
- Counters: how many are coming and how many are not. - Search the list. - A "Notes" column (up to 60 characters) — for example a table number or gift amount. - Export to Excel and PDF. - Secret management link: manage the list without signing in. Anyone holding the link can manage the invitation — keep it safe.
Sharing
- Copy the invitation link from the "Manage" area and send it to guests — on WhatsApp or any other way. - You can change details after sending. The link stays the same.
Privacy and deletion
- The invitation and all RSVPs are permanently deleted 60 days after the invitation was created, regardless of the event date, with no way to restore. - This is the only exception to our rule: customer inquiries are not stored, and RSVPs are kept only for a limited time. - After deletion, anyone opening the link sees an "event has ended" page.

Step by step
1. Create an invitation — Choose "Event invitation" in the setup wizard or the pages area of your dashboard. 2. Edit and design — Fill in the title, date, venue and address, pick a design and photo, then save. 3. Send to guests — Copy the invitation link from the "Manage" area and send it. 4. Track and export — Follow RSVPs and export to Excel or PDF.

Is it really free?
Yes. Creating an invitation and receiving RSVPs is free.
Do guests need to sign up?
No. Guests open the link and fill in the form.
Can I change details after sending?
Yes. The link does not change.
Why was my invitation deleted?
60 days have passed since it was created. Export the list before then.
I lost the management link — what now?
Open the invitation from your dashboard and copy it again in the "Manage" area.
